This helpdesk is not simply a call centre – rather, it is a dedicated, rostered service staffed by field and in-house engineers equipped with the knowledge and experience needed to respond to any kind of network, communication, or IT breakdown. BT Al Saudia uses state of the art incident management technology conforming to industry standards and best practices within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) for all incident & problem management reporting. The Customer self-service portal enables users to log faults and create trouble tickets in real time and track progress to completion. The singular purpose of this help desk is to ensure that our clients stay connected. Additionally there have been instances which has meant dispatching our field engineers to places across the middle east on minimum notice. This commitment to service is what gives our clients peace of mind in dealing with BT Al Saudia.
