Overview

BT Al Saudia is a joint venture between HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Sattam bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and BT Global Services which focuses on providing high quality, innovative products and solutions to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Throughout the Middle East, BT provides a range of solutions and services, such as managed global IP services, convergence services, business continuity, security and risk resilience services, CRM, professional services and outsourcing to multi-site organisations and major institutions.

BT serves a number of industries across the Middle East operation including transport and logistics, energy, financial services, media and broadcast, public sector, telecommunications and ‘smart cities’ developments. Multinational customers include Thomson Reuters, Unilever and Visa. Regional customers include Emak IS (Al Kharafi Group), the Kuwaiti government, Wafa Financial Services, Showtime Arabia and a host of telecommunication service providers.

Across the region, BT sells directly to its largest customers and through partnerships to the mid-market. BT partners include Cisco, Avaya, HP, Microsoft and regional service providers, such as Yalla.

The industries which BT serves through our Middle East operations include transport and logistics, energy, financial services, media and broadcast, public sector, telecommunications and ‘smart cities’ development, supporting both local companies with international ambitions and multinationals with local needs. Multinational customers include Thomson Reuters, Unilever and Visa whilst the regional customers include companies and institutions as diverse as Emak IS (Al Kharafi Group), the Kuwaiti government, Wafa Financial services, Showtime Arabia and all major telecommunication service providers with whom BT has carrier consulting and broadcasting relationships.
